All online orders are processed & sent next business day. Orders placed between Monday to Friday should arrive within 3-5 working days.
All orders are shipped via courier with our partner Sendle. Shipping is free for orders $65AUD or above and a flat rate of $10 for orders under this amount.
If a receiver is not home to sign for a parcel, Sendle will attempt to redeliver the item for free. If the parcel cannot be delivered again, it may be left at one of 1400 local collection points. Collection points may include newsagents or service stations. Sendle cannot deliver to Australia Post owned properties. This includes: Post Offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations.
Tracking numbers will be sent via email.

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from The Conscious Playground, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
The Conscious Playground does not offer a refund for change of mind.

If you choose to provide your personal details to us, we may collect the requested information from you including your name and contact details and any other information that you supply to us.
Any information we collect is used to assist in delivering you your online order, relevant consumer information and notify you of products and offers that may be of interest to you as a valued The Conscious Playground customer. We do not disclose information that we hold to unrelated companies outside our corporate group for marketing purposes.
